Sports and Remedial Massage
This deep tissue massage will be tailored to the clients needs using a variety of sports massage techniques to release areas of tension and rebalance the body. Either focusing on specific issues and injury work or for a general maintenance treatment, the aim is always to make you feel better when you leave. Please note: This treatment is suitable for everyone and not exclusive to sports people.
Vocal Release Massage
This treatment is extremely beneficial to singers, actors, public speakers, presenters or anyone needing to use their voice efficiently. The session focuses on releasing the breathing accessory muscles, the neck, back and shoulders as well as the diaphragm, jaw, tongue root, larynx and pterygoids.
TREATMENTS
Client's will be asked to complete a Consultation Form prior to their first treatment so any concerns or health issues can be discussed beforehand.
