Having been a dancer from a very early age and a keen athlete in my youth, I have always had an interest in anatomy and physiology.  I began having massage treatments in my late teens to help with injury prevention as I began my professional dance and performing career.  I knew first hand how it benefited me, it kept me fit and healthy so I could perform to the best of my ability and most importantly injury free.

It was whilst I was performing in a West End musical years ago that I realised I wanted to learn another skill that I could use alongside my performing work and massage seemed like the obvious choice.  I have never looked back.

I thought I would never find anything other than performing that I would feel truly passionate about, but I was surprised how much I enjoyed the process of helping somebody to feel better.  The body is complex and fascinating to work with, there is always a new challenge, new things to learn and always something to go away and think about. This is the beauty of a Sports and Remedial Massage.  It seeks to rebalance you, iron out the creases and allow your body to work at its best ability. As therapists we are trained to think outside the box, look at the body globally and decide the best type of techniques and choices to tailor treatment to the clients needs.

MEET KELLY

I began running a clinic in Central London in 2007 building up a client base of dancers, singers and actors which then extended to stage crew, musicians, people working in wigs, costume, front of house and everything in between! I now treat people from all walks of life and love the diversity and challenge each client brings to my clinic.

I first qualified with a Diploma in Holistic Massage then went on to complete my BTEC National Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage at NLSSM, the best choice I ever made.  It was certainly worth the hard work! I have always tried to educate myself continually to be the best therapist I can for my clients having trained in and attended workshops in Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage, Seated Massage, Rolfing Work, Vocal Massage, SI joint and hip Disfunctions,  Full Body Human Dissection and Neck, Chest and Jaw.  I feel it’s important to keep learning and evolving as a therapist.   They say the more you learn the more you realise you don’t know!!

“I can highly recommend the excellent massage that Kelly provides. Kelly is a highly skilled and experienced professional, who provides massage tailored to the individual. She delivers this in a friendly and charming manner”
